This is a totally confidential service.

  • Signpost has been operating since April 2000 and is manned by a network of volunteers.
  • The Signpost help-line is manned 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
  • The volunteers are trained to help people in the same situation as you.
  • They will be able to refer you to other agencies local to you in Cumbria, give you advice, offer counselling services, and put you in touch with support groups.

They can also set you up with an appointment to visit our 'drop in' centre in Workington.
