What it looks like and how it is taken?  Inhaling gases/glues The Effects A strong feeling of intoxication kicks in almost immediately. Users can experience hallucinations. The high is very strong but short lived. The Health Risk Solvent abuse can lead to death even for first time users.  There is a high risk of vomiting, choking and unconsciousness. Headaches, liver, heart and kidney damage, brain damage, death - 70 people a year die because of  solvent abuse. The Law Shop keepers can be fined under the Intoxicating Substances Act 1985, if they knowingly sell solvents without following "challenge 21 "protocols.
